Terms of service

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Suwaminathan Vijin, Tamil Nadu, India, who runs AdXray. By installing the extension or creating an account you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you use AdXray for a company, you accept them for that company. You must be at least 18.

The service

AdXray is a Chrome extension that adds spend, results and other information to ads you view in the Meta Ad Library, using our server to calculate them. We may change, add or remove features. If we remove a paid feature in a significant way, we'll tell you, and you can cancel.

AdXray figures

Most figures in AdXray (spend, views, sales, leads, revenue, performance, audience and campaign details) are calculated by AdXray's model from Ad Library signals and market data. They are not Meta's data and not the advertiser's real results, and they can be wrong. Figures labelled "Meta-reported" come from the Ad Library as Meta publishes them. Don't rely on AdXray as your only source for financial, legal or investment decisions.

Your account

You sign in with Google. Keep your Google account secure; you're responsible for activity under your AdXray account. Free and paid plans are for one person, except Business, which includes the team logins shown on the plan. Don't share logins beyond that.

Plans and payment

Paid plans are sold through our payment provider, Paddle.com, as merchant of record. Prices are in USD and shown on our website and at checkout; prices include any local tax that applies. The provider's terms also apply to the purchase. Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We'll give you notice before a price change applies to your subscription.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• scrape, bulk-download or automate AdXray, or try to get around plan limits or the fair-use limit;
• resell, sublicense or rebuild AdXray or its data as your own product;
• reverse-engineer the server, attack it or overload it;
• use AdXray to break the law, Meta's terms, or anyone's rights, including by misusing downloaded ad creatives.

Creatives you download belong to their advertisers. Downloading is for your own research; you're responsible for how you use them.

Meta and third parties

AdXray is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. AdXray only works while the Meta Ad Library is available and works as it does today; if Meta changes or limits it, some features may stop working. Your use of Facebook and the Ad Library is governed by Meta's own terms.

Ownership

We own AdXray, its software, models and brand. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it under these terms. You may use the results AdXray shows you in your own work.

No warranty

AdXray is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be accurate, uninterrupted or error-free, or fit for a particular purpose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, or decisions made using AdXray's figures. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 50 if you haven't paid anything. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

Ending

You can stop using AdXray at any time by uninstalling it and asking us to delete your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. If we shut AdXray down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused part of a paid period.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim in your local courts.
